Refund policy
1. Preorder Availability: Our sneakers are available online for preorder before they are produced. Preordering allows us to not produce more than demanded and reduce waste.
2. Preorder Payment: With your preorder your payment will be collected upfront to reserve your item. This payment helps cover production costs.
3. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. International Shipping:
4.1. International Orders and duties
If you are ordering from outside of the EU you may have to pay import tax and duty charges.
You may be asked to pay these once your order arrives in the delivery country.
*NOTE: OHNE Project are not liable for any import tax or duty charges issued by your country's national import office. Such charges are issued to the recipient and are not controlled by us in any way.
Import taxes and taxes vary from country to country and they depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please consult your country's governmental or national import office website for further information.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations:
5.1. Change Requests: If you wish to change the shipping address or any other order details, please contact our customer support team on hello@ohneproject.com as soon as possible. We encourage you to consolidate orders to reduce environmental impact.
5.2. Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund before the production process begins. Once production starts, our standard return policy will apply. If you buy from stock, you may cancel your order too so long as it not been shipped yet. If it has been shipped, you will have to follow the returns process.
6. Exchanges, Returns and Refunds:
6.1 Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or another style, we invite you to return your items (see returns below) and order again on our e-shop.
6.2 Returns: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in it original condition and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Step 2
Send your clean and undamaged item(s) back to us in the original packaging.
Step 3
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time to receive your refund.
Shipping costs for return are paid by the customer.
*NOTE: We do not accept returns from non-EU countries, non-EU islands and non-EU VAT areas.
6.3 Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
