HOW TO ORDER

Browse products on our collection and select your desired item. Choose your size and go to checkout. Enter your shipping information and then the payment information. Review your order and place the order. You will receive an order confirmation through Email.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you need to change your current order, please contact us via e-mail at hello@ohneproject.com
The subject of your e-mail should be: “Change in the order number….”
Be ware that once your order has entered the shipping process, no further changes can be made to your order.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ITEM IS ON "PREORDER"?

Any item that is on PRE-ORDER on its corresponding product page will have “PRE-ORDER” written on the items picture. This will also be the case at checkout. Not all products are PRE-ORDER, so if you don’t see “PRE-ORDER” written, then the item is already in-stock and will be shipped as normal. Please be sure to check this detail for each item you make a purchase.

Please be aware that once the order is dispatched, it can take the estimated amount of week as mentioned on the product page to be delivered.

HOW SHIPPING WORKS?

The order will be processed the same day and dispatched within 48h within the EU and up to 4 days for orders outside of Europe. In case of an item that is on pre-order it takes the estimated time as mentioned on the product page. We notify our customers when their order is shipped, providing a tracking link.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in it original condition and packaging. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to cancel your order please contact us via e-mail at hello@ohneproject.com
The subject of this e-mail should be: “Cancellation of the order number….”
Any cancellation can only be made before your order is shipped so please contact us ASAP.

CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

We do not do size exchanges. If you want to change your size you will have to follow the normal return process and place a new order with the correct size. For more information please visit our return policies or wirte us an email to hello@ohneproject.com

ISSUES WHILE PAYING FOR THE ORDER

If you have any problem while paying for your order, do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail at hello@ohneproject.com

In case of failed payments via our payment gateway, please do not make a new order. Simply send us an email with the details of the product that you were trying to order and we will do our best to complete your order.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF THE SHOES?

Your should not wash your sneakers in the washing machine or use the dryer. Also you should not use any bleach. We recommend washing your sneakers with a damp cloth and some natrual soap.
If the shoes become soaked due to rain, sweat, or other factors, please make sure to let them dry completely before storing them in a dry place.
