In case of an item that is on pre-order it takes the estimated time as mentioned on the product page. We notify our customers when their order is shipped, providing a tracking link.

Product Care
After every use, store the shoes in an open space, well ventilated. We recommend washing your sneakers with a damp cloth. Do not wash your sneakers in the washing machine or use the dryer. If the shoes get soaked due to rain, sweat, or other factors, please make sure to let them dry completely before storing them in the shoe shelf.
