Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
The order will be processed the same day and dispatched within 48h within the EU and up to 4 days for orders outside of Europe. In case of an item that is on pre-order it takes the estimated time as mentioned on the product page. We notify our customers when their order is shipped, providing a tracking link.
Our current delivery time and shipping rates are:

RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
If you place your order between November 27 and January 5, you will have an extended return period until January 10.

Product Care
After every use, store the shoes in an open space, well ventilated. We recommend washing your sneakers with a damp cloth. Do not wash your sneakers in the washing machine or use the dryer. If the shoes get soaked due to rain, sweat, or other factors, please make sure to let them dry completely before storing them in the shoe shelf.
