DELIVERY
The order will be processed the same day and dispatched within 48h within the EU and up to 4 days for orders outside of Europe. In case of an item that is on pre-order it takes the estimated time as mentioned on the product page. We notify our customers when their order is shipped, providing a tracking link.

Our logistics aim to dispatch all orders within 24 business hours (excluding preorders). Depending on your location, we offer a 14-day return policy. Returns must arrive in their original condition in their original packaging. Read more on Refund policy

Product Care
After every use, store the shoes in an open space, well ventilated. We recommend washing your sneakers with a damp cloth. Do not wash your sneakers in the washing machine or use the dryer. If the shoes get soaked due to rain, sweat, or other factors, please make sure to let them dry completely before storing them in the shoe shelf.
